Hi Barbie,

I have a quick question. When you work out early in the morning do you have anything to eat prior or is it better to work out on an empty stomach?

If it’s cardio, it can be done on an empty stomach. If you’re doing resistant, have 1/2 an apple or a oatmeal, wait 30 minutes or an hour, then workout.
