I saw you progress on Youtube and I’m in shock. Congratulations! I have Slim in 6, 10 minutes trainer, and I’m waiting for Turbo Jam. The thing is that I tried the first two, but I get sooooo tired and I quit so easy. Please let me know how you keep the strenght to keep going doing this. I’m 37 years old and 5’4 and I have 153 pounds. I know that I’m overweight. I’m mother of two kids and I have a heart condition. My Dr. saids that it’s Ok to do this kind of exercise training. So I need help…I get so tire and always fail doing exercices.
